From my experience of 20 years working at The Times and another 13 years on regional and local newspapers, I can explain plainly how the media works and what journalists are looking for. Want to get a story published in a national newspaper? Prepping ahead of an interview? Working out what to do in response to a media request? I can help.

My own background is with the written press. But I can bring in experts in broadcast journalism and social media to offer a broad range of media training.

I design bespoke media training programmes for charities and similar organisations adapted to their specific training needs. For now, all training is via video link. The good news is that this can be arranged faster and more flexibly.
